		<description>I am not sure this is the time or place... but what the heck!  I have been involved in the analysis of historical data and the migration and integration of data for about 7 years now.  But, I have no formal training in any of this.  I typically use whatever software I have available (MS Office/Access/VEDIT) to extract and clean my data. 

Do you have any suggestions where can I get good training in best practices to make myself more marketable in the data arena?
